Hurray, the sun was shining this morning and the wind had dropped so the cable car was running up the mountain. It was certainly worth it. The views were spectacular. What an amazing creator God we have. Then we had a long bus ride ( they only go one way round so it takes ages to get anywhere) to the World of Birds with a lot of colourful native SA species including large vultures and
Pelicans. This was followed by another long bus ride to get home! This evening we had a real treat, watching the sun set over Robben Island looking across Table Bay to the Mountain. We then had a wonderful African meal in a beach-side restaurant. All this courtesy of Maggie's Goddaughter Fiona who happened to be in Cape Town on business. We won't need to eat for a week now!
